Web Design Tutorial Part 1 | WEB DESIGN VS WEB DEVELOPMENT

Web Designing:

In simplest words we can say that web designing means designing the complete websites, a Web Designer uses Clients Side Technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, Jquery, Photoshop, BootStrap, W3.css Flash etc to design the website.

Web Development:

Web Development is the process of working on Server Side Technologies to create the communication between client and server. Web Developers uses PHP, MySQL, SQL Server, Asp.Net for web site development and also developers uses CMS(Content Management Systems) such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento etc for website Development.

The easy example of Web Development is when you fill an online application form, login form, registration form, Inquiries form or any other type of form basically the data you enter is stored in a Server Database through a Server Side Language such as PHP, Asp.Net , JSP etc.

You can say the main function of a web developer is to work on server side Technologies.

and main function of a Web Designer is to work on Client Side Technologies.
